Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Compliance Date Extension for Farms

On October 13, 2011, the U.S. EPA amended the date by which farms must prepare or amend and implement their Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans, to May 10, 2013. If EPA receives no adverse comment, we will not take further action on this rule and the rule will become effective 20 days from the date of publication in the Federal Register. Learn more...
